The "Juvenile Justice Training Manual" was published by Penal Reform International (PRI) and United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in 2007.

This manual is a fundamental tool in helping to organise child rights orientated training sessions. The training manual can be used by governments and other actors to organize training sessions tailored for professionals, including: judges, magistrates, lawyers, prosecutors, the police, detention staff, social workers and other actors that work with children in conflict with the law.
